Feeling lost in your business? I've been there. I know what it feels like to have that pit in your stomach because you’re not sure you’re going to be able to pay this month’s bills.
When I graduated from Dental School in 1991, I knew nothing about business, but I purchased the practice of 2 retiring dentists and got to work.
I knew my craft, but the business side scared the hell out of me. After my first year, my accountant came to me and said I owed $30,000. That was $30,000 I didn’t have. I was working myself to death, but had very little to show for it! I knew I needed help so I signed up for every business course and class that I could fit into my spare time. While that certainly did help, I realized the only real way to accelerate my business was to have a coach. Having a coach for almost all of my full 30 years in business was integral in helping me run and grow 2 practices doing over $5 million/year.
Running my business became streamlined and actually fun!
When a neck issue knocked me out of clinical dentistry, it didn’t take long to figure out that I wanted to help small business owners like you, just like I was so greatly helped. I want to use all the knowledge I gained over 30 years to help you get control of your business and get you more money, more free time, and feel happy going to work again.
Dr. Kory Wegner holds a doctorate in dental surgery (DDS) from the Marquette School of Dentistry, as well as a minor in psychology from his undergraduate studies. He has been on the national lecture circuit teaching others how to run a profitable small business.
